How it works

Just point it at your food.

NutriScanner® tests the food, not you. Four ways in, two scores out, and a plain-English explanation behind every result.

Scan a barcode.

Point the camera at any barcode. NutriScanner® finds the product in Open Food Facts, an independent public food database, then puts its ingredients and nutrition through NutriScanner's own gut health assessment. The result: two scores, one for nutrition and one for gut health, with the reasons why.

Snap your food.

Take a photo of a meal, a café menu or a page of a recipe book, and see how it scores.

Describe your food.

Describe what you're eating or about to eat, such as scrambled eggs on sourdough toast. Add whether it's home-made or shop-bought for a more accurate score.
